Teligent Shows How ‘Moving the Power’ to Subscribers Will Help MNOs Boost Revenues and Reduce Churn at MWC

 

31 January 2011: Teligent Telecom, a leading provider of intelligent messaging, call completion and charging services to global telcos and operators, is showcasing its solutions that help MNOs complete a higher percentage of calls, boost ARPUs and subscriber stickiness.

Teligent is demonstrating uFLOW, a range of ergonomic mobile applications for use with latest-generation touchscreen smartphones. These give users an easier way to manage and process their voice calls and message alert set- ups, using an app-based approach.

The uFLOW family of apps allow users to create voice and message routing flows using simple drag-and-drop, in the same way that users manage their status and messages on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter. These give users simpler, more effective control over messaging services, helping to ensure that more calls are completed and billable, boosting operator revenues and helping to reduce subscriber churn.

Teligent’s uFLOW mobile clients will be available for iPhone, Android, Symbian and Windows Mobile smartphones, and work with Teligent’s advanced P90/E single-platform architecture for services, or integrate with other services platforms.
